Fayetteville Bus Station does not operate on Saturday and declared Holidays in the areas.

The Bus Ticketing Office is also available every Monday – Saturday from 06:15 am-01:15 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Ozark Regional Transit is a public transportation service, and Razorback Transit is the University of Arkansas' transportation service. Both of these transit services give bus services within the city. All of these transit bus routes in the town of Fayetteville are accessible.

  • Ozark Regional Transit operates within Fayetteville and up I-49 north, serving Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. All routes in the city of Fayetteville are open.
  • The University of Arkansas runs Razorback Transit. All fares are complimentary. Google Maps also shows the bus routes. To use, go to Google Maps and select Directions; enter the name or address of your destination in Fayetteville or Northwest Arkansas, and tap on the bus icon. The relevant Razorback Transit routes will be displayed.

On class days from mid-August to mid-May, full transportation service exists from Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, including final exam days.

During the Fall and Spring semesters, reduced bus service is available from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday (mid-August to mid-May).

Saturday service is available from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm during the same months.

The bus has no service during home football game days. While Razorback bus service is not provided on official University of Arkansas holidays.

Reduced service is provided from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday during the summer (mid-May to mid-August) and the Christmas and New Year break.

The University of Arkansas' Safe Ride program was created to provide UA students with a safe means of transportation when other ride options are unavailable. During operating hours, Safe Ride can pick at any location UA students up within the Fayetteville city limits and transport them to their residences.

Safe Ride Service provides service from anywhere in the Fayetteville city limits to the student's official residence and operates Wednesday through Saturday nights from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am. Safe Ride has a Night Owl Service that operates Monday and Tuesday nights, from 10:30 pm to 1:00 am, and provides service ON CAMPUS only.

The attending dispatcher will give you a time for the arrival of your ride. The van will then transport you to your residence, and you can only have three (3) guests on the ride.
