The Walmart Museum is part of Walmart's history as the displays and artifacts it houses show Walmart's account. It is a perfect family bonding itinerary for traveling.

Today, The Walmart Museum continues to carry out its mission of honoring Walmart's legacy, demonstrating its core values, and casting a vision of Walmart tomorrow.

The Walmart Museum is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 5 pm, with extended hours each Thursday until 6:30 pm.

The museum features over 300 items from Walmart’s past, including old cash registers, old products still sold at Walmart today such as canned goods, old store layouts including a replica of Sam Walton's office and a replica of an early Walmart store built inside an airplane hangar at Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA).

The museum is free of admission, although there is a $15 fee for the 5-story I Love Walmart Tower, which includes a view from the top of the building.

Tourists should plan on spending at least an hour touring the museum.

The museum contains several interactive displays that give visitors a glimpse into the history of Wal-Mart and its founder Sam Walton, including this replica cash register.

The Scott Family Amazeum does not have any age restrictions. Children under ten years old should be with an adult. Children must be able to walk without assistance or have an adult present with them at all times.

Your health and well-being are the top consideration of the museum. Unvaccinated guests aged ten and older are encouraged to wear face coverings inside the museum or when within 6 feet of non-family members. All guests can wear face coverings at their discretion.

The Scott Family Amazeum is a non-smoking facility with limited seating inside the building. Please plan if you are bringing strollers or wheelchairs.

Outside food and drink are allowed, but no alcohol may be brought onto museum property.
